Vikas Goel is a highly experienced IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He is a Certified Project Manager, Scrum Master, Six Sigma (Black Belt and Green Belt) and Agile Professional, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both in a team and individual environment. Vikas has worked with various organizations in the past, including Wolters Kluwer Financial Services | FinArch and European Dynamics, where he has held leadership positions and led teams of up to 25 members. He has experience working as a Scrum Master, coaching Product Owners in creating and maintaining Product Backlogs, removing impediments and managing resource allocation. He is also experienced in test estimation, test strategy and test plan creation, and has managed teams of functional and non-functional resources. Vikas has a strong educational background with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from SMU and a Management for a Competitive Edge degree from the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS). He is also ISTQB – CTAL (Test Manager) certified and has a range of technical skills including experience with JIRA, Quality Center 10.0, HP UFT 11.5, Soap UI, REST Client, WS Attacker, Trac, MS SQL Server, Oracle, TOAD, Aqua Data Studio, and Oracle SQL Developer. In his current role as a Professional 2 Application Delivery at Xchanging (a DXC company), Vikas has continued to demonstrate his expertise in project management and agile methodologies, while leveraging his technical skills to deliver high-quality solutions.
