Vikas Jain is a highly skilled computer scientist with over 11 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as a Computer Scientist - Dynamics 365 at Adobe, where he is responsible for delivering quality releases and change management using DevOps maturity model. Vikas has extensive experience working with Microsoft Technologies including Power Platform, Azure, MS Dynamics 365 CE – on-prem/cloud, MS Portals, MS SharePoint, MS SQL Server, ASP.NET, C#.NET, LINQ, jQuery, HTML, XML. He is a Microsoft Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professional and a Certified Scrum Master (by International Scrum Institute) with equivalent experience in Agile methodology using SCRUM Framework. He has worked with renowned overseas clients /businesses in US/UK/France in different domains like Aerospace, Banking, Manufacturing, and e-Commerce. Vikas is proficient in troubleshooting the issues in short lead times and has hands-on experience in resourcing/hiring skilled professionals along with vendor/contracts management. Vikas is an active contributor of Engineering COE, a group comprising of technical architects/SMEs working towards Dynamics CRM practice improvements. He is also the originator of a client-side Unit Testing Framework, specifically designed for writing UT scripts for Dynamics 365 JavaScript code. Vikas has been recognized as Enterprise Engineer in lieu of completing a technology leadership programme conducted by Sionic. In his previous roles, Vikas has worked with NatWest Group, IBM, and Sopra-Steria. He was a Lead Engineer and Senior Designer - Development at NatWest, where he worked on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Vikas holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for his schooling.
