Vikas Jha is a startup and venture capital professional with over 15 years of experience in building and managing revenue-generating assets. As the founder of Alore, he is currently focused on bringing revenue velocity to businesses by being their dependable growth operating system. He is actively seeking talented individuals to join his team as Growth Marketing and Inside Sales Manager. Vikas has extensive experience in handling the complete lifecycle of a fund, from writing investment memorandums to scouting for companies, managing, and finally exiting them. He has also successfully turned an idea into a revenue-generating product, and he strongly believes in the power of process, people, and patience. Prior to founding Alore, Vikas was the Founder of Plash Pte. Ltd., and an Investment Associate/Manager at Start Green Venture Capital. At Start Green Venture Capital, he was responsible for investment management, budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly reporting to the Board. He also evaluated business plans, analyzed growth opportunities, and negotiated deals. Vikas is a CFA charterholder and has completed his MBA in Finance from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He also has a BSc in Nautical Technology from the University of Mumbai and completed his high school education from De Nobili School. Apart from his professional experience, Vikas has also spent seven years sailing on 300,000 T VLCC as well 30,000 T product carrier as an ex-mercantile marine.
