As an Entrepreneur in Residence at Neeman's, I wear many hats - from strategist to problem solver to people manager to data analyst. My journey at Neeman's started on the solution side, where I quickly identified opportunities to optimize the customer experience, logistics, and warehousing-related aspects of the business. I jumped into action and built SOPs and processes that helped Neeman's streamline operations and improve its bottom line.

But that was only the beginning. As Neeman's continued to grow, so did my role. I took charge of operations, working alongside the COO and co-founder to further strengthen the company's systems and processes. I also dove headfirst into HR, building and managing a team that drives the company's continued growth.

My role is a perfect blend of strategy, planning, and execution. My role requires me to master data analytics and hands-on problem-solving. And I am always on the lookout for new initiatives that can help Neeman's stay ahead of the competition.

Some initiatives I've taken include setting up strategic partnerships with corporates and institutions, building a hub-and-spoke model of fulfillment centers for network and cost optimization, and setting up a chatbot to automate customer support tickets. I've also built ninja techniques to speed up the hiring process while focusing highly on the quality of new hires.

But numbers speak louder than words, and I am proud to say that my efforts have paid off. Since the time I joined Neeman's, the company has grown by north of 200% and the team has expanded three-fold. And I'm not stopping there. I'm always looking for new ways to take Neeman's to the next level and to help the company achieve its full potential.

OYE Fintech is powered by GAIN Credit Inc. - a venture-backed fintech company with market-leading brands serving customers in the UK and US.

Built mini-ERP application for small merchants: barcode scanning, business dashboard, inventory and working capital management, and customer retention tools. This was a bookkeeping-enabled business solution application. 

Product Management:

- Designed gamification theories to make behavioural shift from the traditional to digital way of doing business
- Built Go-To-Market strategies to promote the app, using fleet-on-street, digital marketing and influencer partnerships
- Recruited and led a team of 5 people to manage end-to-end product development and business operations

- City lead of Foundational Programme, leading a team of 45 volunteers | Pioneering a new programme designed to improve basic literacy, basic numeracy, life skills and developmental skills | For children in age group 10-13 years
- Providing real-time on ground support, sharing insights, experiences and feeding back to the system
- Conducting trainings and recruitment workshops for volunteers, at a national level
- Creating fundraising strategies and participating in the same to ensure continued support to the children
- Improving the class level in Accounts, along with life skills and emotional support

Make A Difference (MAD) is one of India's largest millennial-driven, non-profit organizations working to transform outcomes for children in need of care and protection.

MAD's Vision is that all children that grow up in care in India are able to realize equitable outcomes on par with the middle class.

Leading the finance function of the company while working closely with the management
-	MIS and Assessing company's performance against both the annual projections and long-term strategy
-	Assisting in developing financial and operational metrics for company at large and in specific to its different activities
-	Establishing internal controls and processes during the growth phase of the company
-	Engaging and presenting to the management on financial utilization, investor pipeline, revenue streams, etc
-	Developing profit-center wise budgets as a part of annual work-plan; developing budget for new initiatives and incorporating into existing budgets
-	Handling end-to-end compliance & annual closing functions
-	Assisting on the valuation rationale for annual valuation compliance as required under SEBI regulations

Ensuring stable financial health of the portfolio companies by analyzing financials based on years of historical data
