Vikas Pandey is a highly skilled Product Reliability Engineer with over 14 years of relevant experience. He is a quick learner, team player and consistent performer. Currently, he is working with Instabase as their Product Reliability and Support Engineer. Prior to his current role, Vikas has worked with Atlassian as their Principal Technical Support Engineer and with Aurea Software as their Principal Support Engineer. During his tenure with Aurea, he supported products from various domains such as Business Process Management, Distributed Channel Management, and CRM. Vikas holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from BIT Mesra and Birla Institute of Technology. He also completed his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from St. Xavier's College. Vikas is highly skilled in SRE and has a vast knowledge of various technical stacks. He is a dedicated professional who is always willing to learn and grow in his career.
