Vikash Kumar is an experienced Process Engineer with a strong background in the automotive industry. With over 7 years of relevant experience, he has developed a deep understanding of various processes and techniques involved in the industry. He is highly skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Aspen Plus, English, and SuperPro, which have helped him deliver quality results in his career. Vikash holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. His education has provided him with a solid foundation to build his career and develop his expertise in the field of process engineering. Currently, Vikash works as a Program Leader at chembizr, where he provides remote online workplace consultation and training. He is responsible for managing and leading projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. His experience in setting priorities and allocating engineering resources has helped him deliver successful projects. Prior to his current role, Vikash worked as an Assistant Manager at Maier Group, where he was responsible for setting process adherence as per control plan and training the production team in new processes, new standards, new technology, and preventative maintenance. He also implemented lean/six sigma, best practices, and systems that supported production operations. He prepared and managed departmental spending budgets and MIS reports and planned and coordinated the design, specification, and acquisition of production tooling and equipment. Vikash started his career as a Graduate Trainee at Leartiker, where he was trained in product development, business intelligence, lean management, and PDCA cycle. Overall, Vikash is a strong engineering professional with a demonstrated history of delivering quality results.
