Vikash Kumar is a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with over 4 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale system architecture. He is currently working as an SDE-III at Walmart Global Tech India, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining the Spring Boot based backend system for the complete lifecycle of Provider onboarding and continuance on the platform. Prior to his current role, Vikash worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Practo, where he played a key role in conceptualizing and implementing charging logic, dispute and refund mechanisms for both the Practo Prime & Consult monetization engine. He also managed the deployment and monitoring of production servers using Kubernetes, Docker, NewRelic, Grafana, Sentry, Graylog, etc., and troubleshooting in a highly agile environment. Vikash started his career as an Intern in the Advance Software Team at Samsung, where he worked on the development of Contiman Tools, a tool developed in Python that can be used to update code on a number of machines located in remote locations by using a single command. He also worked on integrating new modules and adding new ACRs to existing modules of Native TCT. Vikash holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He also completed his Intermediate education in PCM from DAV Kapildev Public School, Ranchi, and his Matriculation from St. Francis School, Ranchi. Vikash's technical skills include Software Engineering, Backend Development, New Relic, Kubernetes, Docker, Spring Boot, Spring, Python, and Mobile development.
