Vikash Kumar is a results-driven Management Consultant with over 6 years of experience in analytics, creative thinking, and problem-solving. Currently, he works as an Associate Consultant at Sutra Management, where he helps organizations create value, growth, and improve business performance. He has a diverse skill set in Digital Transformation, Software Product Development, and Technology Consulting, owing to his experience as a Software Developer and a B.Tech degree in Computer Science. Vikash has led and advised leading financial institutions on financial frauds, Anti Money Laundering & Sanctions screening projects. He is currently leading a project on Anti-Money Laundering & Sanctions Screening process via SAS product for the most prominent African bank. He has also delivered Enterprise-wide real-time Fraud Management solutions at leading banks in UAE as a Senior Business Analyst and functional SME for the domain. He has a working understanding of the complete payments life cycle from client to back-office for multiple channels and products of banks such as digital channels (retail+corporate), Card payments Channels(Issuing + Acquiring, Settlement). He has successfully delivered business processes, technology implementation and integration projects and managed stakeholders at senior executive levels. He has assumed lead functional roles in the development, testing, and implementation of projects with diverse stakeholders; while simultaneously engaging efforts with several third parties. Apart from his professional experience, Vikash has skills in crafting Digital Transformation strategies, analyzing customer personas, creating customer journey maps, and building wireframes & clickable prototypes as part of his internships and projects with market-leading firms. Vikash holds an MBA from IIT Bombay, India, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from JIIT. He has also completed a Summer School - Europe Inside Out from KU Leuven.
