Vikram Bhalla is a seasoned Co-Founder & CEO of Vasudha Business Solutions with over 17 years of relevant experience in the field of Quality Management, Software Testing, and IT Consulting. He has a proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality products and services to clients across various industries. Prior to co-founding Vasudha Business Solutions, Vikram worked as a Senior Manager of Quality Management at AlertEnterprise, where he was responsible for managing the QA department from the India Delivery Centre. He provided day-to-day guidance, issue and risk evaluations, mitigation plans, and coaching to a team of around 40 members. Vikram developed and improvised on quality assurance standards, processes, procedures, and documentation templates to ensure agreed quality levels for the application. He also worked with cross-team product managers and other technical leaders to establish project plans and come up with the Quality Assurance plan for every release cycle. Vikram conducted post-implementation reviews with customers to identify performance improvement areas and ensure customer expectations were met or exceeded. Vikram also worked as a Consultant at Fujitsu, where he provided IT consulting services to clients across various industries. He has a Master's of Science in Information Technology from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Vikram is proficient in test and QA technologies and has a solid understanding of software development methodologies. He is an expert in overseeing, selecting, and implementing QA tools and is the point of escalation for the Bugzilla and Jira defect tracking database for all testing activities. Vikram facilitates and drives the weekly overall Engineering Leads/Managers Meeting and Quality Assurance meetings. He provides formal sign-off on all testing deliverables and testing events and conducts an impact review of the overall project plan and implementation schedule. Overall, Vikram is a dedicated and experienced leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to clients.
