Vikram Kumar is a passionate Tech Explorer and Problem Solver with diversified experience in various tech and frameworks. He loves to explore new technologies and is currently working on Email Development, where he is responsible for developing MTA (Mail Transfer Agent) and related components of Email flow in a Microservice environment using Java and Kotlin. Vikram's programming languages include Java and Kotlin (beginner), and he has experience with frameworks, libraries, and other tech such as Spring Boot, Microservices, Grafana, Prometheus, and Apache Kafka. He also has experience with cloud techs such as AWS (SES, Route53, S3, Polly, DynamoDB) and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL. Vikram is proficient in code management tools like Bitbucket, Git, and Perforce. Currently, Vikram is a Senior Associate at Publicis Sapient. He has previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Infobip, where he worked on scaling Email Service and related microservices to deliver 1 billion emails in a month. He also worked on improving email deliverability by implementing Email domain warmup and IP warmup logic and improving email turnaround time by introducing Kafka topics in Email flow. Vikram has also worked as a Software Engineer at Infobip, where he was part of the core team for the development of Email Product. Vikram holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University, which he completed in 2016. He also holds a degree from Emmanuel Senior Secondary School. With 6.61 years of relevant experience, Vikram's tech stack includes Microservices, AWS, Kafka, Java, Kotlin, Software Engineer, MySQL, MSSQL, Spring Boot, and Spring.
