Vikram Pai is an experienced Product Manager with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently, he works as a Product Manager at Learnosity, where he is responsible for managing the development of the company's digital learning products. Prior to this, Vikram worked as a freelancer Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Project Manager, where he defined and executed digital strategies for independent Australian business owners towards their eCommerce initiatives and mobile apps. During his time as a freelancer, Vikram defined roadmaps and managed product backlogs for eCommerce websites and mobile apps. He also defined and measured product KPIs and regularly presented KPI status to stakeholders along with strategies to improve KPIs. Additionally, he defined user stories, UI, and UX for the products and collaborated with developers, designers, and QA throughout the defined sprints. He conducted discovery workshops, sprint planning, release planning, and sprint retrospectives. Prior to his freelance work, Vikram worked as a Product Manager at Hurix Digital, where he focused on defining and delivering a cloud-based offering of the company's flagship digital publishing product Kitaboo. He also defined and managed the execution of Kitaboo's eCommerce offering, which allows customers to integrate their payment gateway and e-retail their digitized contents. He defined and published an exhaustive API stack for Hurix Digital's customers to securely integrate Kitaboo services with their own platforms. Vikram holds an MBA in I.T from Symbiosis International University and a B.E in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology. He also completed his high school education from St. Thomas Academy. His technical skills include product management, mobile, QA, UI, and web development. With his vast experience in product management, Vikram is a valuable asset to any organization he works with.
