Currently serving as the Global Head of Operations & Principal Program Manager - Information & Cyber Security at ThoughtWorks, Vikram brings in a combined business and technical experience of over 20 years working with large enterprises and successfully delivering critical programs and projects that blend technology and process improvements with a focus on delivering value to customers. He is experienced in reengineering business processes, program and project management using different development methodologies, and helping organizations transform. Vikram is responsible for coordinating and orchestrating efforts across various initiatives in the Information and Cyber Security division, driving budgeting and forecast planning, and working with regional leaders on strategic decision making and goal setting. He has also played various other roles in the past, including Delivery Principal, Client Principal, Agile and Lean Coach, Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Iteration Manager. Prior to joining ThoughtWorks, Vikram worked as a Senior Business Consultant at iApex, where he successfully implemented a B2B Transaction Management System (TMS) designed for Value Network Operators. He was responsible for requirement analysis, study and pre-sales support for potential clients, as well as the implementation of the B2B suite of products and setting up communication channels between the buyers and suppliers. He also worked as a Project Manager at IT Solutions (now NTT Data), where he was responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering reports and scripts based on client requirements in various SAP modules. Vikram holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Mysore and has completed a course in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online.
