Vikram Sharma is a seasoned Enterprise Architect with over 20 years of experience in multiple industry and government verticals. He is currently working as an Architect and Consulting Member of Technical Staff at OCI Cloud in Oracle. Vikram's current interests include the use of Enterprise Architecture, Digital, and emerging technologies to enable complex socio-economic transformations. Vikram is a member of the Government Enterprise Architecture Workgroup of Open Group and has extensive experience in Enterprise and Solution architecture. He has worked on multiple eGov transformations and initiatives of the Government of India, including Healthcare, e-Commerce, Tax -direct & indirect, Power Sector, Internal Security (Home Affairs), and Social Empowerment. Vikram has practical experience and knowledge of digital technologies like cloud, analytics, and mobility, as well as conventional architectures like Application, Data & Data Warehousing, DC Technology, and emerging technologies like drones, blockchain, and AI. Vikram has worked with top companies like PwC, TCS, and Oracle. At PwC, he worked as an Enterprise Architect (eGovernance) / Associate Director, where he was involved in defining and governing the business, information systems, and technology architectures of the initiative. At TCS, he worked as an Enterprise Architect for multiple customers in the travel, healthcare, and retail space. He was responsible for the EA assessment of IT landscape, identification of AS IS State, and recommendation of TO BE STATE of IT infrastructure. Vikram holds an M.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Post Graduation degree in Business Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon. He completed his High School education from Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. Vikram's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Blockchain, Infra, Microservices, DevOps, AI, and Integration.
