Vikraman Ramalingam is a Test Automation Architect with over 8 years of experience in manual and automation testing, including full software testing lifecycle experience. He has thorough hands-on experience in all levels of testing such as functional testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing. Vikraman possesses excellent knowledge in SDLC, STLC, and its process. He has a proven ability to develop test strategies plus approaches, producing estimates, planning of releases, delivery of test preparation and execution. He has experience in automation using Selenium web driver, automation of APIs using Wiremock (http://wiremock.org/), and manual testing of APIs using postman. Vikraman has also set up Jenkins pipeline for CI/CD and has exposure in automating APIs via rest assured. He is an excellent team player with good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Vikraman is well versed with AGILE, SCRUM, Waterfall QA processes, and procedures. He has experience in Integration, System, Functional, Regression, Exploratory, Database, User Acceptance Testing. Currently, Vikraman is working as a Test Automation Architect at Testsigma. Prior to this, he worked as a Lead Software Test Engineer at Freshworks, where he led and coordinated the testing activities across all the modules in Freshteam. He also mentored the QA team and helped them in test planning, estimation, coverage, and automation. Before Freshworks, Vikraman worked as a Test Engineer at Infosys, where he was responsible for business and system requirements analysis and review, test planning and estimations for each release, agile methodologies implementations and sprint testing, leading and mentoring project teams, and assigning daily tasks. Vikraman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Saranathan College of Engineering. He has relevant experience of 9.35 years and possesses a tech stack that includes test, SDET, Senior Software Engineer, QA, Selenium, CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS, Integration, Web, Ruby, and Java.
