Vikrant Garg is a highly accomplished professional with 7.87 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently, he is a Summer Intern in the Strategy & Analytics department at Deloitte, where he is working on a digital transformation project for a US-based telecom client. He has devised an agile metrics framework that was used by 80+ client scrum teams to access performance and conducted research to come up with actionable insights regarding DevOps and Agile best practices. Additionally, he has built a proof of concept to test industry use cases of Smart Reconciliation for a leading US bank as part of Deloitte's AI/ML labs initiative. Prior to Deloitte, Vikrant worked at Oracle as a Senior Applications Engineer, where he was part of the CRM Extensibility Team for Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC). He worked with different teams to build features such as Super mass consolidation, Runtime messages, and developed complex UI Upgradability scripts to remove unwanted and add missing customizations. He also resolved over 200 bugs related to CRM extensibility framework and wrote scripts for automation testing of functional flows using Oracle Application Test Suites (OATS). Vikrant was also a core developer for Application Composer, a tool used by 22 internal teams and 1,500+ customers. Apart from his corporate experience, Vikrant has also led independent projects in open source projects. He formed and led a team of 3 to build a POC on a mobile platform for IndInMan, an Inventory Management Mobile Application for MSMEs, which was tested by 3 cottage industries. He also managed a team of 3 to develop an MVP for Nivesh, an Automated Portfolio Management Tool for investors, which saves over 50 man-hours per year for an investor. Vikrant holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
