Vilas Thenge is a highly skilled Teamcenter/CAD Technical Lead with over 11 years of relevant experience in the industry. He is currently working at Four Colors Technologies as a Technical Lead and is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of three people while providing technical support as needed. Vilas has also worked with HCL as a Teamcenter Technical Lead where he led a team of four Teamcenter support analysts for Opel GMBH client. Vilas has extensive experience in managing and maintaining Teamcenter environments, including pro Prod and Production environments. He has also successfully cloned Teamcenter environments to create test environments for Teamcenter upgrades. Vilas is proficient in setting up various Teamcenter services such as FMS, TcWeb, TcSS, and TSTK. He has upgraded Teamcenter environments from TC 11.2 to TC 12.2 and created Teamcenter client packages as per Opel processes. Vilas has also implemented the Teamcenter Management console from scratch and developed monitoring tools for day-to-day work. In his previous role at HCL, Vilas worked as a Teamcenter Specialist for Ford Motor companies Teamcenter and AWC implementation. He worked extensively on AWC indexing and RFLP implementation, and helped design engineers understand AWC and its features. Vilas worked closely with Business SPOC to create a knowledge base for AWC and worked with Siemens on AWC indexing performance and AWC performance issues. He also got the opportunity to install AWC on test and pre-prod with structure and object indexing feature implementation. Vilas has also developed AWC automation using Selenium. Vilas holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Government College of Engineering and has completed his HSC from Sangmeshwar College, Solapur, and SSC from Siddheshwar Prashala, Solapur. He is proficient in Senior Software Engineering, Test, Integration, Selenium, and Jenkins.
