Vinay Kumar Gajendra is an Associate Technical Art Director at GSN Games with over 12 years of experience in design, development, and quality management. He possesses a solid understanding of slot games development and production and is proficient in Unity particle system and shader development. Vinay has advanced knowledge of performance profiling and optimizing assets for mobile platforms and web. He has also demonstrated his proficiency in tools, plugin development, and responsive UI development. Currently, Vinay is leading a team of tech artists who are developing new slot games, bingo games, Quest, new features, and TLC contents. He is responsible for managing and leading the team at GSN Games casino studio, which has a revenue of $50M/year. He has developed an art pipeline for slot games with in-house tools and plugins and works directly with the Art Manager, Art Director, Tech Director, and Lead programmers on multiple projects. Vinay has collaborated effectively with engineers and communicated complex concepts to artists. Before joining GSN Games, Vinay founded and directed Pixmob Tech Pvt Ltd, where he worked on design, development, quality control, and submission of various apps and games on IOS, Android, and Amazon platforms. He managed finance, administration of the company, and coordinated with artists from different countries on concept, development, and final delivery. Vinay also worked as a Technical Specialist at Philips, where he collaborated with the team on developing Image Processing Module and patient record the processing module of the IntelliSpace Portal product. Vinay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from AMCEC and a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degree from National College Basvanagudi.
