Vinay Gahlot is a highly motivated and disciplined MBA student at IIM Ahmedabad with a passion for eco-friendly technologies and sustainability. He is a creative individual with a strong sense of curiosity and an unwavering commitment to meeting challenges head-on with enthusiasm and allegiance. Vinay is an excellent team player and leader with remarkable communication skills, making him an asset to any team. Vinay has a diverse skill set, having engaged himself industriously and intrepidly in different activities throughout his education. He enjoys understanding how things work and why, and he can easily adapt to challenging situations where innovative thinking is indispensable. Vinay is always looking to gain knowledge and has constantly been updating his knowledge by enrolling in MOOCs. Currently, Vinay works as a Customer Success Manager at Ikigai Labs, where he has set up the whole customer success process from scratch. He has designed and implemented the customer success process in-house without any external tools and has reduced customer query tickets by 70 percent per week. Vinay is also working on product-led growth by using education as a medium. Vinay has previously worked as a Summer Associate at ckinetics and as an Electrical Engineer at Cairn Oil and Gas. At Cairn Oil and Gas, he was responsible for the operation and maintenance of a grid-connected 5x12 MW captive power plant. He was awarded the 'Pat on Back' for his outstanding efforts in organizing a sports carnival and supervised the overhauling of a 4 MW HV motor. Vinay has a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, and a Master of Business Administration from IIM Ahmedabad. He also completed his high school education in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physical Education, and English from Cambridge Court High School - India. In his free time, Vinay likes to play handball and badminton and do yoga, swimming, and cross-country running.
