Vinay Krishna is a technocrat with over two decades of experience in the software development industry. He is the Founder and CEO of LedgerFi IT Solutions, which is an ecosystem of Decentralized Communication (DeCom) solutions integrated with Decentralized Finance (DeFi). Vinay is also the Founder and Director Technology of Pingala Software, which is a start-up building products using cutting-edge technologies such as Blockchain and IoT. He is the Founder of Technical Agility Institute and the Creator of Technical Agility Conference (TAC). Vinay built Pingala Software from scratch to a team of 40+ members and maintained an average 100% annual growth rate without outside investment. Vinay is a firm believer in agility, entrepreneurship, servant leadership, startups, building the right product right and on time, fail fast, and the importance of fundamentals in business such as giving the customer value, working with a team, listening, empathy, empowering, and transparency. He started his career as a programmer in Microsoft technology in 2000 and gradually evolved into a polyglot programmer. Since 2006, Vinay has been an Agile practitioner using Agile & Lean values and Principles and adopted practices of Scrum, XP, TDD, BDD, Refactoring, Clean Code, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, DevOps. In the past decade, he has led many Large-Scale Digital Transformations at various Product Companies. Vinay has authored 10+ papers published in various international journals and conference proceedings. Two of his papers are translated into the Chinese language by the Scrum network in China. In 2014, he won the IT Innovation award from Computer Society of India (CSI). Vinay is a guest professor at BITs Pilani and Manipal University, teaching Master’s students. He created Agile Bangalore user group and still manages it. He served as a Secretary (2014-2016) and Management Committee member (2012-2014) of Computer Society of India (CSI), Bangalore Chapter.
