Vinay Sequeira is a skilled Program Manager with over 19 years of experience in product delivery from ideation to production. He has a strong reputation for collaborating effectively with globally dispersed internal and external cross-functional teams to solve customers' complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions. Before joining Itron, Vinay worked as a Software Quality Assurance Manager at Xylem, where he guided the top-performing team in the global QA group by ensuring all FW functional and E2E system software testing for three industrial-grade electronic products completed on time and with high quality. He was also responsible for approving product and software solution quality before it was released to the customer. Vinay collaborated closely with product management, manufacturing, project management (waterfall, agile), FW and SW engineering teams and presented weekly on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics to project stakeholders and senior leadership. Vinay has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
