Vinayak Rawat is a skilled professional with a passion for community building and technology management. With a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Bhilai Institute of Technology (BIT), Durg, he has developed analytical, statistical, communication, and strategic skills that make him a valuable asset in any team. Currently, Vinayak is a Coach at Major League Hacking, where he supports and mentors hackers and organizers at hackathons. He is also a Co-Organizer at TEDXBITD and Developer Days, where he plans and coordinates events that bring together speakers and attendees to share ideas and experiences. Vinayak has interned with Turing.com and Houseitt as a Developer Relations Intern, where he honed his skills in community management and operations. He is also a member of the TPO team at BIT Durg, where he focuses on community management operations. Vinayak is passionate about working on startup ideas and has won several awards, including the Hult Prize On Campus 2022, BIT Young Engineer award in 2021, and the Chhattisgarh state-level Innovation competition in 2020. In addition to his current role, Vinayak has also served as a Co-Organizer and Marketing Team Member at TEDXBITD. As a Co-Organizer, he represented TEDXBITD for the year 2021-2022, planning and coordinating events that brought together speakers and attendees to share ideas and experiences.
