With a strong background in retail operations, sales & marketing, and business development, he is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Bestseller India, where he has played a pivotal role in rolling out the strategic plan for all three brands - Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, and Only. Prior to his current role, Vineet led the retail rollout for stores, kiosks, and shop on wheels for Etisalat, where he also looked after industry benchmarking, competitor analysis, and undertook market initiatives. His current responsibilities at Bestseller include developing channel strategy, overseeing operations, managing strategic partnerships, and effectively managing resources. As CEO of Bestseller India, Vineet has developed a strategic plan to achieve the company's mission and vision, promoting revenue, profitability, and growth. He has also championed the channel strategy of business in retail, wholesale, and online, managing the entire business including operations, marketing, projects, finance, IT, SCM, and HR. Vineet has also overseen company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality service, and cost-effective management of resources while managing strategic relationships with key business partners and suppliers. Vineet holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Delhi, and completed his schooling from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. With 24.62 years of relevant experience, he has developed expertise in sales and marketing, brand management, retail operations, business development, merchandise planning, store setup, and market expansion.
