Vineet Gupta is a Lead UX Designer with over 7 years of experience in the industry. He is a graduate of Human-Computer Interaction from IIT Bombay and has a proven track record of success in program management, team management, and organic growth. Currently, he works as a Design and Branding Lead at Gemini Solutions, where he leads a team of 15+ UX designers, content writers, and social media executives. He is responsible for managing and leading the design and branding efforts for the company. Vineet has designed B2B & B2C products for leading Indian and US clients from various industries such as insurance, fintech, and state governments. Vineet is an active community leader, running an NGO called Teens of God, and multiple YouTube channels with 22,000+ subscribers, more than 10,000,000 impressions, and 10,00,000 views. His YouTube channels focus on his work and his philosophy. Vineet has also done his certification 'How to YouTube' by Ankur Warikoo where he learned practical and theoretical concepts of youtube. Vineet is currently working as a Mentor at Desh Ke Mentor, which is part of the nation's largest mentoring program launched by the Delhi Government under the guidance of CM Arvind Kejriwal and Dy CM Manish Sisodia. The program is designed to help students of Delhi Government schools (mentees) explore different career paths and make informed choices about their future. In his role as a mentor, he works closely with students to help them identify their strengths, interests, and career goals. Vineet has worked with Gemini Solutions in the past as a Senior UX Designer, where he played a key role in the design and development of interactive websites and mobile applications for a diverse range of clients. He has also been recognized for his efforts and has received multiple awards, including the Best Social Worker Award by MCG Gurugram, Best Connected Alumni Award & Best B.Tech Project Award by The NorthCap University (NCU), Inspiring Idol Award by Teens Of God (Regd.
