Vineet Nair is a seasoned digital transformation expert, agile coach, and blockchain enthusiast with over 13 years of relevant experience. Currently working as a transformation program manager and agile coach at First Abu Dhabi Bank, Vineet is responsible for leading the bank's digital transformation initiatives and coaching teams to adopt agile methodologies. Prior to joining First Abu Dhabi Bank, Vineet served as an advisor to a stealth startup and as a digital transformation and innovation expert at Emirates. During his tenure at Emirates, Vineet led several initiatives to build new e-commerce capabilities, experimented with and co-created technology innovations, and delivered successful pilots for use cases in blockchain, predictive analytics, and financial services. He also led an industry-academia innovation partnership between Emirates and Carnegie Mellon University and authored innovation frameworks and operating models for rapid experimentation and commercialization. Vineet's expertise in blockchain, big data, and machine learning has helped him deliver several successful projects, including the technical rollout of a loyalty settlement platform using Loyyal blockchain, multiple analytics use cases for marketing, contact center, loyalty, and revenue optimization, and immersive VR experiences for sales. He has also evaluated several AutoML tools, including Data robots and RapidMiner, and productionized the industry's first big data platform for an airline. Vineet holds an MS in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University, Silicon Valley, a DAC in Software Engineering/Advanced Computing from c-dac, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune.
