Vineet Thanedar is a seasoned Sr. Director of Software Engineering with over 18 years of experience in new product development and building engineering teams. Vineet has worked on, launched products, and/or built teams at companies like Crunchbase, Oncue, TechCrunch, and TRX. Currently, he is the Technical Advisor at Slingwave, where he has contributed features and enhancements to several products and apps as part of the Classroom and Student Experience team. Vineet is also the owner of Version One Labs, a product development and engineering consultancy & studio. Version One Labs works with non-technical founders, early stage technology startups, and growing businesses to help them solve problems with custom-built software. Vineet also consults with early stage startups and founders as a fractional CTO or Product Lead. Some of the types of startups & products he has helped include a Series Seed FinTech startup building a transformative product for private investing, a Series A startup that's already changing the trucking industry, a marketing attribution and data analytics SaaS platform, a web-based team productivity tool with integrations into Gmail, Google Calendar, and Slack, and a productivity and efficiency tool for elected officials. Vineet holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology. His tech stack includes AI, Research Scientist, Web, and Senior Software Engineer.
