Vinith Kumar is a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field. He is currently a part of the founding team at Factors.AI, where he is responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Prior to his current role, Vinith worked as a Lead Data Scientist at Freshworks, where he was responsible for implementing various data-driven solutions to improve customer experience. He has designed and implemented a recommendation engine using Non-Negative Matrix Factorization for Freshworks app-store, and also implemented data pipelines for various projects using Apache Spark. Vinith has also worked on many small POCs on publicly available datasets to understand emerging concepts in deep learning and NLP. Vinith holds a Master of Technology in Artificial Intelligence from the Indian Institute of Science, where he specialized in System Science and Automation. He also holds a Master of Science in Advanced Computing Science from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai.
