Vinod Joy Noronha is a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Java, Python, and Javascript. He holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from RVCE, Bangalore. Currently working as an Intern at hpe hybrid cloud, Vinod has been involved in the development of a Flask + React + Redux Based PCAP Analysis App. He has built REST APIs on Flask, worked with Web Sockets, and gained exposure to d3.js. Vinod also possesses a good understanding of Packet Analysis and Network Protocols in general. In his previous role as a Software Developer at hpe hybrid cloud, Vinod worked with OneView Data center management system and performed all the aspects involved in software development, including Backend, Frontend, Automation, and Hardware simulation. He architected and developed SDEAT tool, an app which analyses upwards of 1 Million log entries to display a more concise and intuitive view of logs. This tool has reduced the developer RCA effort by a huge margin and was also presented in OneView DevTools conference. Vinod also instigated and developed OneView Sniffer Plugin, a JavaScript-based chrome plugin to record, visualize, and scriptify HTTP calls made by the browser to Server. Implementation bagged a Runner Up at Quarterly Hackathon and was appreciated for its User Interface design. Vinod has also automated OS deployments on Blade Servers, for Plexxi initiative and presented it in HPE Tech Symposium. He overhauled legacy ActionScript and Adobe Flash UI of a component to JavaScript/HTML5, increasing the usability and load time by 60%. Vinod also implemented Database Views feature and increased the overall security and maintainability of code. He practiced Agile and Scrum in 3 weeks sprint with 15 other developers.
