Vinod has a proven ability to work effectively across functions, prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, contribute towards team goals, manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, and conceptualize and implement technology solutions that are stable, scalable, and reliable. Currently, Vinod is working as an Assistant Vice President at Axis Bank, where he plays a critical role in designing and implementing solutions catering to MSME, Emerging Corporates, Large Corporates, etc. encompassing credit origination, credit underwriting, post-sanction, limit management, collateral management, covenants, monitoring, non-funded exposures, LC, BG, trade finance, remittances, supply chain finance, cash management, payments, collections, API banking, connected banking, risk management, enterprise NPA, early warning systems, etc. He possesses complete ownership of the business requirements/solutions for any new business initiative or customizations in the existing solutions and reviews functionality specifications documents vis-à-vis business requirements. Vinod also takes complete ownership of functionality testing of wholesale banking systems, creates a strategic testing center of excellence in the long run, and designs process flow changes in partnership with operations units. Prior to joining Axis Bank, Vinod worked as an Assistant General Manager at Vodafone India Limited, where he managed the delivery and program developments in the domain of business-critical, high brand impacting, end consumer interaction mobile applications in areas of brand, e-commerce, customer self-service, enterprise self-service, retail, and social media, among others. He was responsible for planning, design, development, and rollout of major programs and demand/change requests in the above-mentioned application area and established, monitored, tracked, and reported resource capacity, utilization, and spends for approved IT deliveries in the mobile application domain. Vinod has a Master's in Computer Applications from RGPV and a Bachelor's in Computer Science (Honors) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. He also has an M.P. Board of; M from Govt. Higher Secondary School
