Vinod Kumar is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 8 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Facebook, where he is responsible for designing and developing distributed systems. Vinod has previously worked with top tech giants like Microsoft and Amazon, where he has contributed significantly to their success. At Microsoft, he was a Core Developer for Azure Pipelines, a CI/CD offering by Azure, and Azure DevOps Projects. He was responsible for all engineering aspects of both products and led a team to design and build an Azure product from scratch. He also designed and developed new generation Invoice Management, Invoice Creation, and Vendor Security applications, which are in-house tools where Amazon’s finance analysts can perform operations over all the retail and corporate invoices and track fraudulent activity on vendor payment accounts.
