Vinod Kumar is an experienced Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience in building applications from Requirements Analysis, Enterprise Software development, QA Testing, and delivery using Agile Methodologies. He possesses strong skills in JavaScript, jQuery, and Client-side development, and has a deep understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft part-form [ .Net, SharePoint 2013, Office 365]. Vinod holds a Full Stack Web Development Certification focused on Computer Software Engineering from Free Code Camp, and has worked with several reputed organizations. Currently, he is working as a Lead Technical Specialist at CES Limited, where he is using Cloud specialization and implementing DevOps to various projects. He is also involved in pre-sales calls to get new prospects, and mentors juniors to grow along with the organization. Previously, Vinod worked as a Senior Technical Lead at HCL, where he performed a technical team lead role in grooming the required IT skill for juniors and developing solutions that are used internally as well as other projects in HCL. He is currently working on internal cloud migration from On-perm to Office 365, and is working directly with architects and Microsoft teams directly for providing solutions for various in-house used software. Vinod also worked as a Project Associate at Cognizant, where he was responsible for the configuration of SharePoint Server 2013 farm and creating sites, workflows for business needs. He automated the process of configuration through power shell scripts and provided solutions based on IA/IG requirement. He created a SharePoint farm with a load balancer and high latency Disaster recovery model, and worked on projects for Network Rail and CareMore. Vinod has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SRM University, and has also studied Biology, General, and General Studies at Kendriya Vidyalaya Madurai and S.D.H Jain Vidyalaya, respectively. He possesses strong skills in Web, DevOps, test, QA, Javascript, Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer, and has relevant experience of 11.19 years.
