Vinuth Madinur is a seasoned Director of Engineering with over 16 years of industry experience. He is passionate about building platforms and distributed infrastructures, and has gained extensive startup experience by being part of the fastest growing long stay rental startup in India, Nestaway, and having co-founded 2 startups: Kyash and Sen6. Vinuth has gained broad exposure to diverse markets such as E-commerce, Arts, Hospitality, Payments, and Real Estate Rentals. Vinuth is creative, entrepreneurial, always learning, and trying to advance the state-of-the-art with the work he does. Currently, he is working on the opportunities to rethink the Blue collar working experience at GoodWorker. Vinuth's past experience includes working as an Engineering Manager at Microsoft and as the VP, Head of Platform & Infra at Nestaway Technologies Pvt Ltd. At Nestaway, he headed the Platform & Infra division with the following teams: Payments & Accounting Infra, Microservices Infra, Communications Infra, E-Commerce Platform, Security, DevOps, and Data Infra. Vinuth was leading decisions on all major technology and architectural choices. He architected and implemented systems that handled tens of millions of events on a daily basis. He was actively involved in mentoring, discussions about career aspirations, design discussions, peer reviews, and facilitating a vibrant culture. Vinuth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from NIT Surathkal. He has also attended LFS, Hospet, and Ramakrishna Vidyashala, Mysore. Vinuth's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Infra, Microservices, and DevOps. With 17.46 years of relevant experience, Vinuth is a valuable asset to any organization he works with.
