Vipan Verma is a transformative engineering leader with over 10 years of experience in driving business growth through strategic technical leadership. He has a passion for technology innovation and has a proven track record of implementing process and development pipelines to achieve business objectives. Currently, Vipan is the Senior Software Architect at signcatch, where he has headed the technology team and received ISO 27001 certification. He has also revamped the legacy infrastructure for the retail POS with the latest microservice architecture and architected a hyperlocal omnichannel retail solution to connect manufacturers to customers by controlling the distribution channel. The outcome of his work includes a new hyperlocal app on the Play Store with over 1 lakh organic downloads in 6 months and a stable PAAS system implementation for the retail system. In his previous roles, Vipan worked as the Lead Software Scientist at Jubilant Foodworks, where he revamped the online order management system and integrated it with aggregators and payment channels. He also worked as the Technical Lead at Koovs, where he led the tech team and was responsible for smooth operations. He designed and implemented supply chain management systems from procurement to dispatch and highlighted integrations such as PO/GRN automation, Navision integration, reporting system, advanced GRN system, pigeon-hole picking, and stock take. The outcome of his work includes increased per day order processing from 2000 to 6000 by the same manpower and more accurate finance reports. Vipan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from Thapar University. He has expertise in senior software engineering, parts-of-speech, microservices, infra, research scientist, and integration.
