Vipin Borkar is a seasoned product leader with over 19 years of experience building product-led businesses. He currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at Citrix Workspace, where he leads the global product team for Workspace experience cloud platform and all Citrix end-user applications across desktop, mobile, and web platforms, reaching over 100 million users. Vipin is a Zinnov Intrapreneur of the year 2017 and has 20 patents (8 granted) to his name. He has built end-user computing products and cloud platforms from scratch, resulting in a sustainable business with a user base of over 100 million. He has also successfully executed partnerships and deals with sustainable revenue streams, including strategic partnerships with Google and Microsoft and other ecosystem partners. Vipin's business and tech proficiency spans across VDI/DaaS, Zero Trust, Unified endpoint management, Web/SaaS access, Collaborative Work Management, end-user apps, and CAD design. He has technical expertise across protocols, deployment solutions & hardware, and CAD design. Prior to his current role, Vipin served as the Director of Product Management and Principal Product Manager at Citrix, where he built the Linux App and Desktop virtualization product for on-premises and cloud with product-market fit and sustainable revenue stream. He also drove the key use case for Internal Web & SaaS app access, established the ecosystem of device partners for low-cost high-performance endpoint devices, and established the product team in India and China for End-User Computing business that produces global products at Citrix. Vipin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from R.C.E.R.T, Chandrapur, and completed his secondary school education from Navodaya Vidyalaya, Talodhi.
