Vipin is a Technical Team Lead at ION with over 14 years of software development experience in the financial domain. He has worked on various modules of the ION flagship product XTP, which is a suite for real-time back-office trading solutions. Vipin has over 3 years of experience as a Technology Leader/Engineering Manager, managing teams of developers. He has expertise in product development management, mentoring resources, and people management, including managing team members' appraisal, objectives, and performance improvement. Vipin has hands-on experience in working with different software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. He has experience with System design, low-level API design, Service-oriented architecture, and Microservice architecture. He also helps other teams in designing and architecture of new feature/refactoring in the product and mentors new senior level resources joined in the group. Vipin also manages team members' appraisal and performance management. In the past, Vipin has worked with Morgan Stanley as a Manager, where he played a role of senior software engineer in the MS Live project of the Prime Brokerage division. He was involved in requirement gathering, conflict resolution between different business units requirements, development, testing, and deployment. MS Live caters to all the requirements to create a workflow, manage and track the onboarding process.
