Vipin Mishra is a Mechanical Design Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the field. He is currently working at ROLJACK ASIA LIMITED in India, where he is responsible for designing and developing all types of crusher plant machinery, plant layout, complete civil drawings, erection drawings, installation drawings, and fabrication drawings. He is also experienced in creating customized plant layouts as per clients' requirements, vastu, and land available for the plant setup. Vipin has expertise in creating assembly drawings, bill of materials, and detail drawings of crushers, vibro-feeders, vibrating-screens, hoppers, chutes, conveyors, skids for machinery, and frames for equipment. He has experience in reverse engineering for new product development and designing skid-based crusher plants, semi-mobile crusher plants, and mobile crusher plants. With experience in 3D drawings using Solid Works software and 2D drawings over AutoCAD software, Vipin is part of a team responsible for project planning, project management, and new product development. He supervises manufacturing of machinery, machining jobs, assembly work, and fabrication work at the factory. He also coordinates with engineers and supervisors at the site and guides them for installation and fabrication work to ensure that the work is going on as per planning. Vipin has previously worked at Micro Machines Faridabad as a GET, where he had good knowledge of mechanical measuring instruments like vernier caliper, micrometers, etc. He was part of a team responsible for production planning and inspection and measurement of jobs on a regular basis to make sure the job was getting done on CNC as per clients' design. Vipin has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, completed in 2015. He also has a high secondary degree in Maths-Science from MPBSE completed in 2011 and a High School Diploma in All Subjects from MPBSE completed in 2009.
