He is currently the India Country Manager at Tala, a mobile technology and data science company that aims to close the credit gap in emerging markets. In his current role, Vipul is responsible for expanding Tala's reach throughout Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Prior to joining Tala, Vipul worked at Seynse as Growth lead, where he focused on building full-stack digital lending platforms and products. He also served as Vice President Strategic Alliances at Zouk, where he consolidated the fragmented and underserved Indian SME credit market through superior technology-enabled origination and underwriting processes.
