Vipul Sharma is a highly skilled Javascript Architect with over 10 years of experience in developing and managing scalable web applications. Currently, Vipul is the Head of Engineering - Frontend at Tiket.com, where he leads a team of 50+ engineers with the aim of making Tiket the fastest and most loved travel app across the world. He is responsible for solution scoping, tech stack aspects, task allocations, inter-team communications, end-to-end development, code review, and release for all applications. Vipul has extensive experience in javascript, react, vue, angularjs, nodejs, and jquery. He is also proficient in writing code that works seamlessly on web, mobile, and inside app (android and iOS). He has pushed PWA to play-store for partner apps, making them fully functional with a size of less than 1 MB. Apart from his technical expertise, Vipul is a passionate traveler and photographer who has traveled extensively across India, with the Himalayas being his favorite place. He has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from ABESIT and completed his high school from Saharanpur Public School, Saharanpur. In his previous role as a Senior Technical Lead at Paytm, Vipul led the Paytm FE core team, managing stakeholder collaborations, solution scoping, tech stack aspects, task allocations, inter-team communications, end-to-end development, code review, and release for all applications. He improved the performance metrics of the site by implementing techniques like caching, PWA, changes in bundling, analyzing HAR, async bundle loading, and more.
