Vipul Sharma is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the field. He currently works as a Founding Engineer at Skit.ai, where he has been instrumental in building the telephony platform for the Call Center Automation (CCA) voice bot. He has also designed multiple microservices and internal tools for the voice bot backend. Vipul has a strong background in AI and ML and has set up an MLOps framework to streamline different stages of ML workloads and their lifecycle. Prior to his current role, Vipul worked as a Backend Engineer at DriveU, where he built API services for the consumer and partner applications. He also worked on the core operations platform to manage booking flow and inventories, including analysis of performance and trends. Vipul has experience in building UI for web and mobile booking flow.
