Viraj Kapurkar is a Software Engineer at Uber with a background in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU). He utilized Katna's (a python module) smart crop functionalities in the process and extended the feature to support text-based cropping by analyzing feedback from customers in the advertising domain.
