Virendra Khade is a highly experienced Technical Lead with over 10 years of IT experience, specializing in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing of full life cycle commercial applications. With a strong background in Java, J2EE, JDK, I/O, Collections, Java Servlet Programming, JSP, Java Beans, and JDBC, Virendra is an expert in implementing applications using JSP, Struts, Struts Validations, JSTL, Tiles, Spring, and Hibernate Frameworks. Virendra has worked in a cross-platform environment and has extensive experience in the finance and banking domain, as well as the retail domain. He has functional experience in retail, financial applications, and insurance, and has proven ability to work in tighter schedules while efficiently meeting deadlines. Currently, Virendra is working as a Technical Lead at Sears Holdings Corporation, where he specializes in Sears-specific Targeted Interactions and Telluride UI System requirement specification (SRS) and Technical Design Document (TDD) and works on development and unit testing. He is responsible for assessing technical and business risk of solutions, identifying threats and vulnerabilities, and proposing solutions. He also coordinated with onshore and offshore teams and was responsible for creating program specifications, design documents, and IDF (Incident Diagnosis Form). Virendra holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from MCA ICS Vikram University Ujjain.
