Viresh Suri is a highly experienced engineering leader with over 18 years of product development experience with globally renowned product companies. He has successfully set up and led teams that have contributed to complex engineering projects involving the latest technologies. As the Director of Software Development Engineering at Delphix, Viresh has been instrumental in setting up and growing the Delphix India R&D team. Viresh is currently building the India Technical Program Management team in Delphix and managing multiple India-based programs. He has worked closely with senior leadership to establish the India R&D center and has hired top-notch talent, including staff engineers and engineering managers. He led the India engineering team before transitioning second-level management responsibilities to the US. Prior to joining Delphix, Viresh was the Director of Engineering at GlobalLogic, where he managed product development in multiple engagements and led a team of 200+ engineers. He was responsible for end-to-end delivery, accountable for design and technology decisions, and managed talent and performance. He also led multiple CTO office architecture advisories during his tenure at GlobalLogic. Viresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications from GGSIPU and a PGDM (For Executives) from IIM. He is also a Certified ScrumMaster. With his extensive experience as a software engineer and senior software engineer, Viresh has gained valuable insights into the software development industry, making him a valuable asset to any organization.
