Viruthihaa Baskar is an accomplished design-centered product manager with a passion for using technology to create meaningful social change. With a focus on empathy, education, inclusivity/diversity, and accessibility, Viruthihaa is committed to developing welcoming experiences that empower others. Currently, Viruthihaa is an incoming Associate Product Manager at HubSpot, with a start date in Fall 2022. Viruthihaa has an impressive track record in the tech industry, having previously worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer in Search + Assistance Outlook Android Engineering. In addition, Viruthihaa is an Incoming Product Manager at Oracle, where she will be working on NetSuite ERP Financials in the summer of 2022. Viruthihaa's areas of interest include health tech, human-computer interaction, non-traditional tech journeys, tech recruiting/mentorship, and activism. With a relevant experience of 2.36 years, Viruthihaa has honed her skills in product management, software engineering, Android, and search. Viruthihaa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology, Cognitive Science, and Entrepreneurship from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. She also holds a High School Diploma from Colonia High School, where she was an AP Scholar. Viruthihaa is always open to new opportunities and collaborations.
