Visakh Pillai is a highly motivated and goal-driven Software Engineer with 3.2 years of experience in the infotainment domain. He started his career as a Component Tester for mirroring technology called Android Auto and CarPlay in the IVI (Infotainment) department. He has worked for OEMs like Ferrari, FIAT, Iveco, Nissan, and GM, and has been involved in test case planning, execution, and tracking issues using IBM Synergy Change and JIRA. Visakh has experience in Appium mobile application automation testing and has voluntarily taken automation tasks for automating integration test cases to save time and human effort. Visakh has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. He has also completed his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Currently, Visakh is working as a Software Engineer at Visteon Technical and Services Center Private Limited, where he is working with the development team for projection technology for both CarPlay and Android Auto. His responsibilities include flashing the Head Unit using USB or QFIL tool and Renaeses, vehicle testing, supporting developers in resolving defects, PCTS and Facet testing, CAN configuration after flashing, doing stress testing, sanity testing, regression testing if required, and maintaining RTM. In the past, Visakh has worked for Capgemini as an Engineer, where he was deployed to Robert Bosch Engineering and Solution for certifying CarPlay and Android Auto. He has also worked for Aptiv as a Software Engineer, where he worked for connectivity App technology. Visakh is a team player who is open to learning new technologies for self-improvement and to enhance the company's productivity. His tech stack includes test, Software Engineer, Android, Integration, Mobile, and UI. With 5.45 years of relevant experience, Visakh is actively looking for a job as a tester in any domain.
