Vish Mehta is a highly accomplished HR leader with over 22 years of experience in global start-ups. He is currently the Director of Human Resources at Coupa Software, where he manages the HR function in India. Vish has a solid business acumen across all functional HR aspects with a focus on Talent Management, HR Transformation, Employee Relations, Leadership and People Development, Organisational Design, succession planning and effective compensation/benefits related policies. Vish has worked in different sectors within the IT industry such as semiconductor, software product development, healthcare, eLearning & R&D product environment. He has also worked with various companies such as Nuance Communications and PTC in different HR roles. At Nuance Communications, Vish was responsible for local strategy and execution of diverse agenda in India, worked closely with India and Global leadership on planning and execution of setting up COE in India, and worked closely with the leadership from cross functional teams from US and APAC on planning & Compensation alignment and execution during the ramp plan. At PTC, he worked on career path development and skills competency, job models for R&D and non-R&D groups, restructuring of business titles, and retention programs. Vish holds a Masters in Business from the Institute of Management Education and a Bachelors in Commerce from Nagaland University. He also has a degree in Law from the Department of Technology, Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Jammu University. Vish is a recipient of several awards, including Asia's 100 Power Leaders in HR 2022, Achiever's Award in HR Excellence, and Thumbs Up Award for setting operations in India for an Entity. He is a strong HR leader who is passionate about attracting, developing, and motivating the best talent and providing efficient and cost-effective recruitment/resourcing processes to support this.
