Vishad Gohel is a dynamic individual with a passion for exploring new fields and working on new ideas. With a special skill in communication and a knack for problem-solving and teamwork, Vishad is an avid reader and enthusiastic learner. He believes in making human connections that last and values EQ over IQ. His fields of interest include Products, Startups, Venture Capitals, Strategy Consulting, and Mathematics. Currently, Vishad works as a Product Engineering Intern at lambdatest, where he is solely responsible for ideating, conducting, and organizing a series of Keynote sessions, fireside chats, and workshops by fixing some of the eminent personalities. He has also led a team of 60 junior associates for the smooth execution of GES'22 and ideated, handled, and ensured the smooth execution of the selection process of 90 GES Interns. Additionally, Vishad spearheaded a team of 60 GES Interns for the smooth execution of GES'22 and helped various IIT Kharagpur startups by providing them with two weeks of mentoring for their startup. He is also responsible for ensuring logistics for Empresario (Global Business Model Competition) and Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2022. In the past, Vishad has worked as a Coordinator for Alumni Affairs at pandit madan mohan malviya hall of residence iit kharagpur. He organized a week-long career workshop for the boarders to help them know about various internship profiles and Farewell'22 for the graduating batch, including various events and dinner. He has also worked as a Product Analyst Intern at apnibus, where he closely worked with the founding team and managed the supply side of the product and built various KPIs on Metabase to track daily growth. Vishad has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Manufacturing Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, and he scored 10 CGPA in 10th Grade and 93% in 12th Grade (PCM + Computer Science) from Kendriya Vidyalaya Rajkot. He also has experience in test and AI as his tech stack. Overall, Vishad has 0.77 years of relevant experience and is always looking forward to connecting with people working on something new or interesting. His hobbies include reading, sports, and cooking.
