Vishal Chaudhry is a highly skilled and performance-driven IT professional with nearly 20 years of experience across various domains, including BFSI, e-Commerce, Mailing Solutions, ERP, Airline, and Travel. He has worked in both product and service-based organizations, handling product development/testing, program management, support, and maintenance. Currently, as the General Manager (Sr. Director) at Birlasoft, Vishal is spearheading efforts as the Deputy General Manager/Program Manager to manage multiple programs across multiple geographies, including the USA, Europe, India, EMEA, and others, with a team of around 600 onsite and offshore employees for high-profile customers. He has extensive experience in managing and leading scrum teams in projects following Agile methodology. Vishal's technical focus includes database, web services, automation, and others. He is PMP/DevOps Certified/CSM/ISTQB/Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) with experience in program management, setting up global teams, stakeholder and vendor management, consulting/proposals, transition products from vendor to offshore-based captive, setting up offshore engineering team and processes, budgeting, people management, processes, risk management, documentation (RFP, SOW, Dashboards, Status Reports, etc.). Vishal's international experience includes two years in London (UK), two years in the US, and shorter engagements in Australia/New Zealand, etc. He has worked with major companies like Interglobe and Birlasoft in the past. At Interglobe, he managed globally distributed teams/projects in Northern America, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and Asia for one of the major customers (handling 150+ airlines) using Agile methodology. Vishal holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Chemistry, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA), and a degree in Computer Engineering. He has also completed his XII and 5th class from Geeta Bal Bharati and Dayanand Model School, respectively. Vishal's tech stack includes test, QA, DevOps, and web. He has relevant experience of 20.78 years in the IT industry, making him a valuable asset to any organization.
