Vishal has a proven track record of building and leading software delivery teams, fostering a culture of lean engineering, fast cycles, high technical bar, experimentation, personal growth, minimal bureaucracy, transparency, straightforwardness, and fun. He is a hands-on technologist and natural problem solver with experience in building complex and scalable software products such as B2C/B2B websites, apps, and digital customer/consumer experience. As an executive director at AQR, Vishal is responsible for client technology, enterprise/front-end, and a few more engineering teams. He is also an advisor and consultant for startups, with two patents to his name.
