Vishal Anarase is a skilled and enthusiastic programmer with over 6 years of relevant experience in software engineering. He is currently working as a Go Developer at Civo, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining Kubernetes-based infrastructure. Vishal is highly proficient in Golang, Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices, and has a strong understanding of RESTful API. Prior to his current role, Vishal worked as a Senior Software Engineer at DDN Storage, where he contributed to the development and deployment of various features for the Reliable Elastic Data Service (RED) - Software Defined Storage. He also containerized the EXA Service Manager, added support for VM configuration management, and exposed stats and health check data over REST API. Vishal has also worked at Diamanti as a Software Engineer, where he worked on the hyper-converged infrastructure D-10, D-20 appliance for performance and efficiency of bare-metal containers. He wrote CLI and REST endpoints for Control plane management features like Cluster Migration, Cluster config backup and restore, and contributed to all phases of the development lifecycle. Vishal holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Progressive Educational Society's Modern College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Ganeshkhind, Pune 53.
