Vishal Bhardwaj is an experienced technology enthusiast with a strong passion for rapid experimentation and continuous improvement. With over 17 years of rich experience in various phases of product research and solution development, Vishal has established himself as a competent product builder and architect. His major responsibilities include shaping up highly effective engineering teams, developing and maintaining strategic technology collaborations and partnerships, involvement in architecture, requirement & feasibility analysis, effort estimates and quality assurance, and ensuring timely and quality execution of technology roadmaps. Currently, Vishal works as a Senior Engineering Manager in Cloud Computing - Platform, Industry Solutions Unit (SSG R&D) at Lenovo. He is responsible for shaping up India R&D team, enabling agile culture and setting up required engineering tools, process, standards & guidelines for Industry solutions. In his past roles at Lenovo, Vishal has led engineering efforts to support Commercial IoT as a business and has been responsible for timely and quality deliveries of partner-led IoT solutions. Vishal holds a Master of Science degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from NSIT. He also completed his high school education in English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Throughout his career, Vishal has gained expertise in various technologies, including senior software engineering, QA, and research science. As a learner and mentor, Vishal actively engages in customer interactions, usability, and product discussions for use case validation. He is accountable for technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching of local product development teams. Vishal's expertise in product building, architecture, and technology makes him a valuable addition to any team.
