Vishal Chopra is a Co-Founder and CEO of MoneyOnClick, a financial services brand focused on serving the lower middle-income customers in small cities across India. With over 17 years of experience in the industry, Vishal has a proven track record of building successful businesses from scratch. At MoneyOnClick, Vishal has built a proprietary tech-enabled offline-to-online social distribution channel to reach customers at low CAC. He has onboarded thousands of financially literate freelancers to serve the needs of India4 customers. Vishal's innovative approach has helped the company maintain near 0% default rates despite Covid19. Prior to MoneyOnClick, Vishal served as the Chief Business Officer at Lendingkart, a leading fintech firm in the Indian SME lending space. He was responsible for all the existing and new business P&L, marketing, branding, PR, operations, and customer experience. Vishal was the first hire for Amazon India and part of the leadership team that launched Amazon.in and Junglee.com. He also worked with Souq.com as a Regional Director for the marketplace business, managing P&L, operations, and customer experience for Souq marketplace. Vishal holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. He has a strong background in technology, with expertise in ML. Vishal has raised $4.25 Mn seed round from some of the top VCs such as Kalaari Capital, Picus Capital, 3one4 Capital, and Orios Ventures. His extensive experience in the fintech industry and his innovative approach to serving the lower middle-income customers make him a valuable asset to the financial services industry.
